As you are aware Christmas is now just around the corner and to save disappointment with Christmas delivery we are really trying to get people to order earlier this year, as some of you may remember we did have some issues with some orders taking almost 60 days to arrive which was not great for anybody.
Although we make sure we print and post your kit as quickly as possible we will not be able to guarantee xmas delivery this year, as we have no control over the post what so ever as domestic mail will always be prioritixe over international hence some items can get delayed a lot longer than others.
Due to that we have created a Christmas ordering Guide to help customers understand the chances and risks when ordering, please understand we cannot offer any money refunds for orders that don’t arrive on time but will be happy to Offer a Resend or a Store Gift voucher which can then be used anytime should the item not arrive within the time frames below.

Our team take great care in packaging our products to ensure you receive them in perfect condition should your item turn up and it is damaged in any way or you are unhappy with your purchase then please contact us straight away and we will resolve asap.
All returns in good condition, unworn with tags attached in original polybag. We do not except returns for wrong size choice
We DO NOT except returns for goods received if item has had tags removed or has been worn or washed etc.
We DO NOT except returns on orders where customer decides to change print after item is shipped or received.
If goods are faulty & need replaced
Replacement goods will be duplicate of original order including size, printing & kit/shirt type.
Replacement goods will be sent to address on original order.

Refunds are processed within 36-48 hours of returned item(s) received in condition as outlined above.

International Buyers
We send our items clearly marked as clothing and normally goods don't encounter any problems or customs charges.
Please note we are not responsible for any customs charging that may occur in your country/destination. In most cases if charge is applicable it is normally very small.
